Its a perfect organization to be a part of. It has been more than a year I have been with this company and I must say that I love working here. People are extremely helpful and very caring. Its like a big family out there. They have very nice projects and there are a ton of things to learn technically here. The best part is that you get support from everyone, be it your fellow team members, your senior management or the HR. Everybody is always ready to help. We have weekly and monthly organization/BU level meetings so everyone is informed about whats going on in the organization. They have pretty good perks like Manulife insurance, 24X7 virtual doctors available on Akira comes free here. Also, the compensation and hikes are pretty much better than the market. You get unlimited sick leaves and 12+ paid leaves. They keep on sending some gifts frequently to keep employees motivated and engaged. Also, the performance appraisals are very transparent. You need to fill up a template which is reviewed by by your personal Career Advisor and a panel. They are really very fair about the process. To summarize, I love working for CI&T and I see a longer association with them.
