Pros
Payment, company, hiring process, team. CI&T is a Brazilian company. I am from South America and I was a little bit afraid about entering this company in his "Global Talent Project" because I am not from Brazil so I would work from them 100% remotely, but I did and by far the best company where I had worked, they have everything sorted, from the first day they will introduce to you their company values, your task, etc. They have a 7x7 framework where they will show you the main principles that you will work (in my case as a software developer was: code excellence, process, CI, architecture, etc). Don't be afraid, they don't expect you to be skilled in all of those, they have that so for example if the project allows, and you want to pass from developer to architect, they will help you because they want you to improve and the best way to do that is searching your professional goals. For example, if you were hired to be back end they will respect that and they will not give you front end tasks, but if you want to learn, they will give you tasks so you can improve. The clients, usually companies from US, are cool and respect times and don't ask for impossible times of delivery. And the best part is my teammates, mainly Brazilians are so polite, and always willing to help me, I really recommend you this company.
Cons
So, for my case that I am not in Brazil, they will hire a company to pay you in your country I guess this depends a lot on the kind of contract that you will sign. So you have to be careful with everything related to your payment, with the deductions, etc, because I had some hard time with the company that manages my payment in my country, but it's not CI&T fault, when I report that to them, they in very quick time resolve it.
