Toxic career management. I was thrown into an "action plan" in order to become a better UX Researcher. They made me read books, attend to courses and have regular catchups to see my progress. I did EVERYTHING they asked me to, and it was never enough. I was mentally stressed and tired, and they kept pushing me to quit. HR people were aware that this process was wrong, so my managers kept doing it hidden from HR eyes. I endured, and they fired me. It was a relief, honestly, and I am glad I endured, but man, that was some toxic way of firing someone
