Thank you for sharing your review of CI&T. It's great to know that you had a positive experience of learning and growth at CI&T, as well as the opportunity to present your ideas and grow professionally. However, we understand that the firing process can be painful and, in some cases, may seem unfair. We're sorry that you witnessed the departure of many nice people from the company. We also understand that having incompetent developers in leadership positions can be a problem and negatively impact the company culture.
