      Pros

      Learning, learning and bit more learning. They also take agile and lean methods really seriously.

      Cons

      Don't expect to make a fortune here. Many, if not all VPs and Directors have been in the company for decades, and my feeling is that they're not going anywhere, so it's a very exclusive club to get in.
