Pros

Considering the current market, still better than the average, specially benefits for Seniors (and above). "Collaborate, Innovate & Transform", they say; I would say it depend on your leaders, since the company more than doubled in less than 3 years (and the whole company culture is at risk right now). I myself rely on my direct leadership nowadays, but I'm not willing to say the same for the rest of the company.

Cons

"Journey" is more than a process, it is the name of the new evaluation system, released on Oct/2023. It is a brand new evaluation system, generic enough not to really care about their employees. The company used to have a principle that said "we develop people before we develop software", that was, in fact, an excerpt from an interview the CEO gave long years ago. Nowadays even this interview is removed from the website, and no one talks about that anymore. What about the eligibility critereas for promotion, that has been changed to "case-by-case"? What * is that? Where is the transparency you used to praise?

Pros

- Worked with some capable individual contributors - Exposure to client-facing consulting work - Opportunity to work on a variety of projects

Cons

- Communication from management was consistently poor; it was often unclear where I stood or what to expect next - Project management was weak, resulting in a poorly run engagement that ultimately failed - Very little notice was given when I was removed from a project - Bench period was extremely short (approximately two weeks), creating constant job insecurity - Entire US-based team on the project was eventually let go, indicating limited long-term commitment to US employees
