1. Company have only 2 goals: sell more (even projects CI&T has no idea how to deal) and cases of IA to replace human work. Customer satisfaction and impact is not a goal on this consulting. 2. Heavy political environments, your pairs will be constantly trying to take you down in any opportunity. Company motivates competition at all costs. 3. Psychological attacks: Company and Upper leadership keeps threatening managers and senior managers with firing if they do not “replace” resources/people by AI. You will see a lot of fake cases of AI because people needs to keep their job. - as part of this game, company will be opening your job position in the systems, do you can be afraid to be fired. 5. It’s not a company of merit, it’s friend promotion based. Only friends and “recommendations” will have positive feedbacks to be promoted or gain monetary compensation. 6. This company doesn’t care about burnout their employees, the executives and sr managers play a lot to make people resign by themselves.
