      Good client network, offshore + onsite model

      Cons

      Salaries not at par with other consulting companies. Capgemini charges hefty $$ to clients but passes on little to its employees

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
