Pros
Supportive working environment. Capgemini has a collaborative style internally and with its clients. There are good support mechanism and available knowledge to support consultants to deliver on their objectives. There is also a good training programme through the dedicated university and also ad hoc training programmes and online.
Cons
Perforamce review process is thorough but as always the political aspects comes into account when going for promotion - ie. it's who you know rather than what you know Some of the management don't credit people with achievements unless they have been directly involved.
