Pros
Great People, highly intelligent, highly educated and very driven. So there's competition AND emulation. The entrepreneurial spirit means quite a lot of freedom especially as you move up the ladder.
Cons
A people business that can sometimes treat people more like numbers. Constant reorganization means at times it's difficult to know where you are within the business.
