      Pros

      Very good environment, strong company, a lot of flexibility, etc.

      Cons

      In Brazil this still is pretty much an integrator for Infrastructure and it's not bad but has some limitations.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
