      Work culture is great. Office premises are great. Seniors and Managers are helpful (entirely depends on project you are working on) Work life balance.(depends on project)

      Cons

      Less Hike and Appraisal if you stay for longer period of time If you joined as a fresher there are slight chances you will not get work in the technology/domain you want. You will be allocated project by RMG team only.
