Thank you for leaving a review. It’s true, we’ve recently been through a significant transformation, and – as part of our culture of continuous improvement - we will continue to look for ways to evolve our business to best meet the needs of our customers. While this has meant we have had to make difficult decisions about teams and individuals, I believe that this evolution in the way we work will eliminate many of the complexities and challenges our business faces and strengthen our business overall.
Regarding the "Best Places to Work" list, the Glassdoor recognition is completely based on reviews posted on our company page, as Glassdoor explains here: https://www.glassdoor.com/blog/glassdoor-announces-awards-criteria-for-the-best-places-to-work/. This list is based on employee feedback, which is the driving reason why I see it as a valued recognition when we have been included on the list in prior years. To clarify, it is not ‘winning’ this recognition that I see as the value of Glassdoor, it is the opportunity to her candid feedback from employees. This is a key pillar of our culture.
