      There is nothing good in this organisation, its just a call centre full of micromanagement and crap. Its internal policies make employee suffer and had to quit.

      Salary is not upto the mark no extra pay for night shift, no proper breaks during the shift no work life balance, no proper OT pays,

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
