Pros

- Working at standard central hubs (like KL Sentral) provides easy access to public transport, saving commuting time and reducing daily transportation costs. - The shift schedules are typically regular daytime or stable rotational hours, allowing for a healthy personal routine and regular gym or fitness schedules. - Even though you directly support the Vietnamese market, you work within a massive international BPO environment alongside Malaysian, Chinese, and other regional teams.

Cons

- Calls, chats, or tickets are regularly recorded and audited by Quality Assurance (QA). Even a minor process deviation can directly impact your monthly performance bonus. - Whether you are in customer service or technical support, the types of issues and queries eventually become repetitive. Handling dozens of cases a day while remaining glued to your desk can quickly lead to mental fatigue and monotony. - During peak seasons (such as new product launches or major software updates), the queue can become relentless. Facing non-stop incoming contacts with zero breathing room during a shift is a major source of burnout. - Poor Employee Benefits

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
