Obvious favoritism, poor training and support manager! Complete waste of time! - Technical Support Representative Concentrix Employee Review

Pros

Paid training. However, the pay is extremely low as compared to other call center opportunities that are out there.

Cons

I reported a system ID problem on day two of my training. The fact the ID did not work properly, prevented me from fully grasping the training material, and made it impossible to participate in group discussions and hands on exercises. After 13 days of extremely faced-paced training, my ID still did not work even after reporting thie issue to my trainer at least three times! The trainer COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF! During training, several students were kicked off the systems multiple times everyday, and we had numerous technical problems (ie: loss of audio). There was favortism by the trainer as he connected primarily with the male members of he class.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
