Pros

Work from home is always a plus. Everything is completed via e-mail and/or fax. Recruiters did stay in touch, and expectations were explained quite well.

Cons

Low pay, high turnover, crappy apps, lazy management. People were quitting left and right. One woman threatened a lawsuit because guys were being promoted over women (as if I wanted that headache). One token black in management (suspect to boot). HR is dumb as dirt, too! I wanted evenings, and they had some wet-behind-the-ears kid decide if he wanted to let me switch to evenings (even though I told HR I wanted evenings). Eventually, I left because I got tired of them and the bad mannered, idiot customers I kept getting. One is supposedly allowed to switch clients after six months; I couldn't wait that long.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
