There is nothing to appraise about this company.

Ohhh lord where to start this.. here's a long list of dislikes that is never-ending. 1. Transport department (to be specific "the drivers") is pathetic, I mean they don't respect or bother about the employee. I got multiple arguments with the driver due to misbehaving with me. 2. Managers and TL's are horrible. In the span of my 1 year 6 TL's have been changed and I have a bad bad experience with the last TL. Also, in the team hurdle whenever there is a bad score for the team, the TL starts abusing the team for their poor performance and threatens that he don't give a damn if we report to HR. 3. The salary structure is horrible, they don't even give appraisals to any long term employees. Typical chindi types company who don't even take out a penny from their pocket. 4. Ladies/gentlemen if you're thinking to join this company beware of the half day leaves, this is very common once you are on the production. Even if it's your 7.9 hrs of hardwork in org. instead of 8, dude get ready to marked as a half leave/day. 5. Lots and lots of lies: in the starting they hired me stating that its a up selling job and ended up in sales job and dude they squeeze each and every blood and sweat to make a sale from you and they want your target to be met at any cost.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
