      Pros

      I thought a lot but couldnt find anything.

      Cons

      Unprofessional managers and staff. I was working for Microsoft contract and it was literally the worst place to work ever! The computers were from 1990's. some people cant even speak english properly. Very low salary. I would rather to work as a cleaner but I will never ever work in that company again.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
