Never-ending transformation of organisations (Danone-way) No real long-term strategy (the strategic plan is changing more or less ever year) Too many actions taken at the same time (lack of visibility, loss of energy) More communication than real actions when it comes to quality of life at work Heavy pressure on profitability (so not enough investment for the future) Training is not for everybody and budget has decreased drastically in the last 5 years
