Pros

Good benefits. Free all-you-can eat Danone products. A lot of flexibility when it comes working schedule. You can climb the corporate ladder fairly quickly, but keep in mind that even if your title changes, it won't mean that you'll learn much or that the job you do will be all that different.

Cons

Way too much corporate banter, especially during townhall meetings and other team events. A lot of incompetent and generally toxic people with fancy titles, who are so full of themselves that it negatively affects the results of their team. But obviously, they are "never at fault" and always blame others. And the worst part - these people tend to promote/hire others that are just like them. Unnecessarily complex and outdated internal processes that no one fully understands. A lot of emphasis is put on hierarchy, which is also unnecessarily complex and just adds fire to the power-tripping that is already out of hand amongst far too many managers. Plenty of office politics and trash-talking behind people's backs (especially prevalent among leadership teams). On the surface though, they try to paint themselves as this wholesomely positive, we-are-a-family-here type of workplace, which they obviously don't live up to. TOO MANY UNNECESSARY MEETINGS, that are generally useless, unproductive and result in nothing. The company itself is very far from the wholesome, environment-friendly, people-loving business they portray themselves to be. You'll hear slogans such as "One planet, one health" thrown around everywhere, yet at the same time s very significant part of what they produce is extremely sugary dairy/plant-based products (not all that healthy as far as I know) and bottled water (last I heard, single-use plastic bottles aren't exactly friendly to the "one planet" that we have).

Pros

Work-life balance exists and is generally respected. Bonuses can be good, depending on the year and leadership priorities. Strong, reputable brands that look impressive on a résumé. "Some" genuinely great people who work hard despite the environment.

Cons

No meritocracy whatsoever. Promotions and career growth are driven by favoritism, internal alliances, and visibility politics rather than performance or results. Advancement often feels like a popularity contest. “Core values” are largely performative. They are referenced often but ignored when inconvenient, especially at leadership levels. Questionable long-term strategy. Direction changes frequently, priorities shift without explanation, and long-term planning feels weak or reactive. Extremely bureaucratic. Simple decisions require excessive approvals, slowing execution and stifling innovation. Politics over performance. Success depends more on who you align with than what you deliver. If you're not "one of them" or if they don't want to continue paying you your value, they'll find ways to get rid of you. So choose wisely and research the role and team.
