The fact that we have a global presence provides opportunity for each any every employee. We ship phenominal titles and the consumers keep coming back for more. Your hard work will be recognized. JR has made some postive changes and they have escalated down to each studio.
Cons
Just like every other job there is the politics. Some times there may be too much red tape but that happens when you get corporate involved. We are passionate about developing hit games and should always keep work/life balance in mind.
