Pros
It used to be a great place to work, but after multiple leadership reorganizations over the past two years, the company culture shifted heavily toward financial performance rather than employee growth and development.
Cons
Senior leadership was poorly managed and created a toxic work environment. There were frequent reorganizations, and middle management was often pressured to maintain high performance ratings regardless of the actual circumstances. If metrics or scores were low, blame was consistently pushed downward instead of leadership taking accountability. I also experienced situations where leadership encouraged employees to go behind others’ backs or make misleading claims to justify letting people go.
