Pros
The entire team is very supportive and willing to help with any problems or questions you have. They offer great benefits (401k, health insurance, bonuses, pto) and, maybe best of all, they respect your free time. They will work to promote you if they see that you're interested and if you are generally good at what you do.
Cons
Customers can be rude and they'll direct their anger and/or bad attitude at you. However, unfortunately, that's a part of customer service. There is some light pressure to convert at least 80% of customers into buying insurance. KPI numbers are very important to them so there is also some light pressure to meet certain numbers. You only work with other person in the office, or by yourself at times, so it can get monotonous sometimes.
