Pros

great team to be with, good compensation and benefits I have always felt valued as an employee and have advanced in the company to my satisfaction.

Cons

high cost for health care benefits but I am greatful they offer it at all. I really don't think there are many cons to working for this company.

no micro management. They leave it to you to determine what you want to do and how you want to do it. You can leverage your own abilities to do a better job.

Cons

Tied too close to centershift. Sometimes the best decisions about the companies future are not taken for political reasons. Need to think bigger picture.
