Ever since they merged with Life storage everything is much worse, and its not worth working at a part-time level or at all. They took away bonuses and everything else that made LS a better overal company,

Full Time Good Pay .

Cons

Work by yourself with almost no help Management kept on adding more tasks outside of our job prescriptions to avoid hiring and paying outside contractors. Could be dangerous at times when desling with customers who are homeless and live on property because you are the only one employee working on the site and they know it.
