At times (depending on the property you are working at) you will have to work by yourself. It can be incredibly difficult to get everything done in a timely manner when you first start. You have to have a backbone when working here, There is customers that will try and use your empathy against you to get their way, and in some cases will flat out scream in your face.

HR routinely checks Glassdoor and has reviews removed that are negative. In October there were 3 reviews from former employees that vanished without a trace. Management will offer rewards to employees who leave good reviews. (Expect this to be removed in a few days, grab a screenshot and wait for the change) Expect to be asked to do things that are borderline illegal or outright illegal. The pay is far below average. No real advancement in certain departments. HR ignores claims of harassment and has fired people for complaining about bullying. Don't expect training for new products and systems. Also expect unpaid overtime regularly. 12 hour days are pretty normal if you are salary and if you push to work your normal shift you will be punished. When requesting time off expect to be told that you shouldn't take more than a day or two. Remember if you are not a manager at the Store Support Center (corporate office) you are going to be treated like garbage.
