Health Insurance Is bad- Upper Management is bad- They do not hire from with in as much as they should, most often they hire some one from outside the company who has little or no experience. Men seem to be paid more for the same position that a female has. I've been there for 5 years and they bring people in making more than me with no experience making more than me- raises are not what they should be, you may get $.30- $.45 a year. And if you happen to get promoted from with in- that is your raise for the year, no matter when your promotion took place- So if you got promoted in January of this year, you would not get a raise January of next year because you have already received a raise
