Pros
most colleagues/peers are nice and committed people
Cons
You can work hard here but won't necessarily be rewarded unless you kiss butt or are connected to those in charge (family, personal friends). There're more nepotism here than in other similar organizations; it's definitely not a meritocracy. Even still, it's not umcommon to see colleagues working late, on weekends, on holidays, and while they're on leave, because many of the staff are very committed individuals. Since it's a global team with people in different time zones and on different schedules, the lines are blurred for boundaries that should normally be respected, like taking the day off on statutory holidays or the time you have booked as vacation. There is definitely no overtime pay and the benefits package is very limited compared to other organizations. You are better off working somewhere where the rewards match your talents and effort.
