Almost no career growth plan.
Too many managers, directors and vice-presidents that don't put their hands down to do the jobs, multiple times I felt that they were only getting whatever the CEO requested and just sending it to us without filters.
The upper management is chaotic and usually don't protect the team (they let the shit hit the fan and only protect themselves).
The communication feels like an unsolvable problem, it was the biggest problem when I joined and it was a bigger problem when I left.
