      Pros

      They pay really well for a gaming company, and the benefits are good as well. 100% remote with a few offices around the world and a WeWork partnership to allow employees to work from office if they prefer to do so. The Fortizens are generally good, and hard-working people. I made a lot of friends for life and hope that they succeed in the company.

      Cons

      Almost no career growth plan. Too many managers, directors and vice-presidents that don't put their hands down to do the jobs, multiple times I felt that they were only getting whatever the CEO requested and just sending it to us without filters. The upper management is chaotic and usually don't protect the team (they let the shit hit the fan and only protect themselves). The communication feels like an unsolvable problem, it was the biggest problem when I joined and it was a bigger problem when I left.

      Pros

      I could not ask for a better team to work with. We are very well aligned on goals and strategies across the entire company. Those goals push us to define strategies that make every person here feel part of the process to bring games to market. We are encouraged here to voice our opinions at every level and have our say. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else right now.

      Cons

      There are times when I get lost in corporate paperwork and tracking. This can be discouraging at times. I try to carve out time in my day to process the paperwork, ensuring it gets done without too much injury.
