      Pros

      We are a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands as a result 1. We are not a start-up looking for the next round of funding 2. We are patient and building games/processes the right way instead of rushing to hit a specific quarter target C-Suite leadership has deep experience in game development and is forward thinking instead of chasing trends.

      Cons

      We are a fully remote studio which is great for hiring but can be challenging at times with communication and building up team synergy. Our team does an offsite once a year which helps but would be nice to meet more often.

      Pros

      I could not ask for a better team to work with. We are very well aligned on goals and strategies across the entire company. Those goals push us to define strategies that make every person here feel part of the process to bring games to market. We are encouraged here to voice our opinions at every level and have our say. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else right now.

      Cons

      There are times when I get lost in corporate paperwork and tracking. This can be discouraging at times. I try to carve out time in my day to process the paperwork, ensuring it gets done without too much injury.
