We constantly work with our management teams in the business to ensure their teams are engaged, understand how they fit into the bigger picture and are always mindful of well-being and employee satisfaction. We are careful about where we invest our money and largely, when it comes to office improvements, these are based on huge amounts of employee feedback we receive. Our HR and management team are embedded in the business and always approachable for any feedback, suggestions and recommendations our employees wish to offer.
