Pros
The brands are very strong..although lacking in demographic data. The people are quite fantastic and very brilliant for the most part. But the best ones are hard to keep, due to constant revolving door.
Cons
Acquisition after Acquisition. Thats not a bad thing unless your buying only to dominate. the firm never catches up with assimilation of new brands and as a result people suffer, not C-Suite. Line managers have no real autonomy as EVERYTHING is micro-managed by the CEO. The C-Suite in general is not very kind to its's people. The mantras about being a "team" are hollow and non-existent, this firm truly does not care about its people despite depicting itself as an amazing work culture environment. It is mind boggling how many good people have come and gone. Honestly at any level of discipline do NOT work here.
