      -Unlimited PTO, however it's a chore as a coach to actually take PTO -Decent benefits

      -Overworked and underpaid -Disconnect between management -Grew too fast and expectations for current coaches are unrealistic -Work life balance is terrible. I get pinged 12 hours a day
