4yA forced culture is no culture. We're working hard to rebuild a sense of what its like to work at Future and what we stand for after spending so much time isolated and working from home. Our office communities are coming back on stream and we've just completed an engagement survey which has given us some valuable insight into what works and what we can improve. We grow our business organically by developing and strengthening our existing offer and we grow through acquisition. Being focused on commercial outcomes is part of our success. And our many acquisition can make it seem as though things are constantly changing. But every decision we take as a business is planned and strategised and the goals for you as an individual and your team should be clear.
