      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Nothing is ever finished always jumping from one thing to the next. Very unstable direction and everyone is a secratery. Crews and work force is understaffed and work place is very stressful.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
