      Great benefits. Mostly good, hard working people who want to help the company achieve its goals.

      Cons

      Constantly changing bonus structure (every year new "rules" put in to further curb the pay-outs).

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
