Business Outlook
Pros
There are opportunities for advancement and they offer competitive salary and benefits. Co-workers are nice and professional and I appreciate the management style. It is very organized and they strive to improve operations each year, and involve employees in this process. They are really trying to listen to what people have to say. Their is a big emphasis on safety, the ultimate sign of respect in my opinion.
Cons
There are some major cultural differences between corporate HQ and North American locations, but that is a given for a global company. Leadership is working to improve this situation and I really think it is getting better.
