      salary is decent, lots of advancement opportunities, business casual and jeans allowed daily

      Cons

      while top execs tout transparency, it hasn't filtered down to the middle management level yet. benefits are only so-so for such a huge company

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
