      Holds Safety as a core value! Pay is decent.

      No work life balance and it's not what you know or what you do but more who you know and what you do for them.

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
