      Pros

      Insurance. They always provided good insurance. Prescription. dental, vision all covered. DME - covered. Long term guys were good to work with.

      Cons

      Far too many to list. New bosses with no steel experience. Bad hiring practices. Two tier wage system. Don't care about families.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
