      Wonderful, knowledgeable, hard-working, dedicated employees, supervisors, mid-level managers, engineers, etc. Great benefits and pay! Great corporate safety culture!

      Cons

      High turnover at the executive level. Old mills with not enough capital reinvestment.

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
