      Pros

      You get to watch the process of hot rolling steel and learn all about it. There are multiple mills that make different forms of steel, (I-beams, rebar, etc).

      Cons

      The facility is older and obviously when you are in the mill and have hot still going by you, it can get pretty hot.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.

      Everything is pretty good. Just would want better pay.
