      Pros

      Work hours. This is not a 24/7/365 operation therefore there is not a need for rotating shifts. You can work m-Sat and get 20 hrs OT & still have a day off.

      Cons

      If OT is something that you do not want, this may not be the place for you. There are some 4-day weeks(44hrs.), but mostly 5 day workweeks with an occasional 6th day.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.

      Everything is pretty good. Just would want better pay.
