      Pros

      Good pay, great exposure to the company and learning the rebar business.

      Cons

      Not a great training program for sales position. The company has a high amount of bureaucracy/layers, it takes time to learn all the levels within this company. It feels like you can get easily lost when you have a question and you don't where to go to get the question resolved.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
