Pros
The shop I worked in was fairly tight knit with a good rapport between management and hourly. Benefits of a small shop and a corporate office with deep pockets and varied portfolio to weather a recession.
Cons
A very diverse company that too often tried a "cookie cutter" approach to handling safety and maintenance within their facilities.
