      Stressful position, glorified collector, dealing with angry customers and sales associates, long hours, strict deadlines, random layoffs.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
