      Good pay with weekly bonuses.

      Cons

      If you’re a POC don’t expect to move up very high in this company. It’s a “good ol boy” system here. If you’re not part of their hunting clique and black. Might as well say you’re stuck.

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
