      The company has worked hard to further improve benefits, work environment and career plans, and we can see the results of that. There’s a genuine effort to make Gerdau the best steelmaker to work for.

      A lot of projects and initiatives are sometimes overwhelming.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
