      Great pay and benefits; ability to move up is available if you are willing to relocate

      Too much oversight from HR on headcount at each location; local managers are not allowed to manage adding or deleting workers based on workload

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
